M&S Chorizo & Red Pepper Tortillas

Another interesting flavour from the Marks & Spencer Hey Ho To Mexico range - a Chorizo and Red Pepper combination. I previously reviewed the Mediterranean Black & Green Olive Tortillas variety here.

These Chorizo & Red Pepper Tortillas are covered in a visible reddish seasoning.  Unlike the olive variety which were quite plain, these are fully flavoured and heavily seasoned tortillas. There is plenty of authentic smokey chorizo flavour and a tasty sweet edge from the red pepper to finish. The tortillas themselves have a great texture too, they're crunchy and not overly greasy, providing a delicious base for dips and salsas.
